Leaving in ten days

We are so happy that we were able to sell our truck and we sold it to the first and only guy who called about it.
We came to Medicine Hat to see Diana and Bryces' new house. It is fabulous, and in such a beautiful spot by the river. I really like Medicine Hat and it is much warmer than Calgary. I'm getting my last few kisses and hugs from Isabelle.

Mission Newsletter

Today was a wonderful day!!!!We went to the temple with Dave and Jen and then when we got home there was a letter from our mission president. It was very informative and answered many questions we had, like can we drink the water and the answer is NO. But the church provides excellent water filters in each apt. so we will be fine.
It was so exciting to hear more details and see pictures of where we are going. Since all missionaries love mail I thought it important to publish the new address:
Debbie Heninger or (Dan Heninger)
Sos. Pipera Nr. 41 Et. 7
Bucharest, Romania
014254
It is important to OMIT the title Elder or Sister (Sora)
as well as the title of the mission Romania Bucharest Mission
This will ensure accurate and prompt delivery of all missionary mail.
Pouch mail is no longer available through Salt Lake all mail is sent through regular Romanian mail. I don't know anything about email yet.
We have 2,000 members and 18 branches in Romania and Moldova. Apparently it is the finest mission in the world. Can't wait to find out for myself.

Getting ready

We are continuing to get ready to leave and things keep walking out my front door. Today the Hazel Jensen was sold and delivered to her new owner. We were a little bit sad to say goodbye but Dan had her in fine shape for the new owners.
I'm trying to add pictures so we see if I can get it right. Our language training is still going on and we recognize more everyday that this is something we can't do alone. We are really praying for the gift of tongues.

Learning the Language

We have had our first week with our Romanian tutor. Wow this has been crazy. She started with the scriture in Ether 12:27 which teaches that men are given weaknesses so they will humble themselves and God will make those weakness into strengths. Yes we felt like babies learning to speak and not undersanding anything.
